Links

Our website contains links to other websites. We have no influence on the content of the linked pages. These were carefully checked before the activation of the links. Nevertheless, it cannot be excluded that the operators of the respective pages have made changes to the content that violate applicable law or the philosophy of VISPIRON ROTEC. VISPIRON ROTEC dissociates itself from such contents.

SSL or TLS encryption

Our website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Changes to our privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, for example when introducing new services. This is only information which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.

This information is technically necessary for the correct delivery of content requested by you from websites and is mandatory when using the Internet. In particular, they are processed for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a trouble-free connection to the website.
  • Ensuring a smooth use of our website.
  • Evaluation of system safety and stability.

The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest in the aforementioned purposes of data collection. We do not use your data to draw conclusions about your person. Recipients of the data are only the responsible body and, if applicable, the contract processor. Anonymous information of this kind may be statistically evaluated by us in order to optimize our Internet presence and the underlying technology.

You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your Internet browser settings. However, the use of certain content and services on our website may then be impaired.

When you call up a page of our website, our web servers record the address (URL) of the called up page, date, time, duration and size of the call, any error messages and, if applicable, the operating system and browser software of your computer as well as the website from which you visit us in a log file. We also store the IP address of your computer in our log files. The IP address is a number that your Internet provider temporarily or permanently assigns to your computer.

Contact and contact/order forms

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose an informal notification by e-mail (rotec @ vispiron.de) to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

For the comment function on this page, in addition to your comment, information at the time the comment was created, your e-mail address and, if you do not post anonymously, the user name you have chosen will be stored.

Storage of the IP address

Our comment feature stores the IP addresses of users who post comments. As we do not check comments on our site before they are activated, we need this data to be able to take action against the author in the event of infringements such as insults or propaganda.

Subscribe to comments

As a user of the site, you can subscribe to comments after registering. You will receive a confirmation email to verify that you are the owner of the email address you provided. You can unsubscribe from this function at any time via a link in the info mails. In this case, the data entered when subscribing to comments will be deleted; however, if you have transmitted this data to us for other purposes and elsewhere (e.g. newsletter subscription), it will remain with us.

The comments and the associated data (e.g. IP address) are stored and remain on our website until the commented content has been completely deleted or the comments have to be deleted for legal reasons (e.g. offensive comments).

Legal basis

The comments are stored on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent at any time. For this purpose an informal notification by e-mail (rotec @ vispiron.de) to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

4. Social Media

We maintain online presences within social networks in order to communicate with the users active there or to offer information about us there.
We would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This can result in risks for users, as it could, for example, make it more difficult to enforce the rights of users. With regard to US providers that are certified under the Privacy Shield or offer comparable guarantees of a secure level of data protection, we would like to point out that by doing so they undertake to comply with EU data protection standards.
In addition, user data is usually processed within social networks for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created on the basis of user behaviour and the resulting interests of users. The usage profiles can also be used, for example, to place advertisements within and outside the networks that are presumed to correspond to the interests of the users. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on the user’s computer in which the user’s usage behaviour and interests are stored. Furthermore, data can also be stored in the user profiles independently of the devices used by the users (especially if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them).
For a detailed description of the respective forms of processing and the opt-out options, please refer to the data protection declarations and information provided by the operators of the respective networks.
We also point out that in the case of requests for information and the assertion of rights of data subjects, these can be asserted most effectively with the providers. Only the providers have access to the data of the users and can directly take appropriate measures and provide information. Should you nevertheless need help, you can contact us.

8. Live chat

We use a live chat of the company Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany. You can use the live chat like a contact form to chat with our employees in almost real time. When starting the chat the following personal data will be collected:

Date and time of the call,
    Browser type/version,
    IP address,
    the operating system used,
URL of the previously visited website,
    Amount of data sent.
And if specified: first name, last name, and e-mail address.

Depending on the course of the conversation with our employees, further personal data may occur in the chat, which will be entered by you. The type of this data depends strongly on your request or the problem you describe to us. The purpose of processing all this data is to provide you with a fast and efficient way of contacting us and thus improve our customer service.

All our employees have been and will be trained on the subject of data protection and instructed on the secure and confidential handling of customer data. All of our employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality and have signed an addendum to their employment contracts accordingly to the obligation to maintain confidentiality and to observe data protection.

By accessing the website www.www.aquila-monitoring.de the chat widget is loaded in the form of a JavaScript file from AWS Cloudfront. The chat widget technically represents the source code that runs on your computer and enables the chat.

In addition, we store the history of the live chats for a period of six weeks. This is to save you the need to go through the history of your request and to ensure a constant quality control of our live chat service. Processing is therefore permitted in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO. If you do not wish this, you are welcome to inform us using the contact details listed below. Saved live chats will then be deleted by us immediately.

The storage of chat data also serves the purpose of ensuring the security of our information technology systems. This is also in our legitimate interest, which is why processing is permitted under Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f DSGVO.

Further information can be found in the Data protection regulations of Userlike UG(haftungsbeschränkt).
