Live condition monitoring on site is performed via a monitoring panel, which enables the monitoring of all channels, evaluations and limit values.
Alarm messages are also stored and alarms can be generated externally.
If required, in the event of limit value violations, the measurement data is stored in the Rotec rotmeas.x format for evaluation in post-processing with the ROTEC RAS software.
AQUILA consists of the measurement frontend with a 12 GHz speed card, a 50 kHz analog card, a CAN bus card and a specially developed PC plug-in card. With these measurement cards, you perform all the necessary calculations on the front end and before passing them on to the monitoring dashboard or the cloud.
In addition, the monitoring system is configured with a computer via a LAN connection. The configuration program is access-protected at your request.
The configuration of all monitored channels, required evaluations (vibration angle, torsion angle, order spectra) and the corresponding alarm values takes place globally via the configuration program.
